ELIZABETH “KAY” FEDRIC
Elizabeth “Kay” Fedric, age 64, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away December 21, 2018 at Baptist Medical Center Beaches. She was born August 11, 1954 in Brookhaven, Mississippi to Wilmer Earls and Dora Ann Carmichael Earls. Kay has been a resident of Duval County since 1972 and married the love of her life, Daniel Luther Fedric, Jr in 1980. She was the owner and operator of Kay's Beauty Salon for 35 years. Kay enjoyed sewing and crafting but her real passion was bargain and thrift shopping. More than anything Kay loved her family and had a special place in her heart for her daughter and grandchildren. Kay is predeceased by her parents.
Kay is survived by her loving husband, Dan L. Fedric of Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Gwen Mandy Eigenbauer of Jacksonville, FL; and two grandchildren, Gaige Fedric and Shane Eigenbauer.
A Celebration of Kay's life will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at the chapel of Ferreira Funeral Services at Beaches Memorial Park with Pastor Will Clark officiating. Interment followed at Beaches Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday one hour prior to service at the funeral home. The arrangements are under the care and direction of V.
