JAY PARKER
Jay Parker, age 49, passed away on December 17, 2017. He is survived by parents, Sheila and Richard and brother Kelly.
Jay is a graduate of the Ponte Vedra School, the Bolles School, and University of Florida. He then served in the Army of Medical Corps at Fort Lewis for two years. He returned to college at Florida State achieving a Masters degree in Library Science. His career was a reference librarian in Jacksonville and Boca Raton for several years. Jay then returned to the medical field and had almost completed a Registered Nursing degree in Chattanooga State University. Jay had a great interest in antique cars, dogs and hiking.
A Memorial service will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Christ Church Episcopal in Ponte Vedra.
