DOROTHY B. O’BRIEN
Mrs. Dorothy B. O’Brien of Jacksonville Beach died Monday, October 30, 2017. She was born and raised in Lincolnton, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina. Dorothy was an active member of the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club and an avid world traveler whit her husband Lt Col George W. O’Brien, USMC, previously deceased.
She is survived by her nephew, Steve Lucas; two step-daughters, Ann von Eiff and Kathy Newsum and their families.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 at 10:30 am in Oaklawn Cemetery 4801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, FL. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to Community Hospice.
